Tango isn't normally in three, but I recognize that you are enough of an expert that you know about the Tango Vals. Very good. This is a perfect tempo for it.

And then, eh, the techno bit.... It took me a second to figure out what was happening, but you're taking the descending melodic outline and putting that to 4/4 time. Hey why not.
