NATURAL HARMONIES Symphonic, Classical structure, rather than New Age, to me. Just watched the Full, Ivory moon rise through blue and pink clouds at the Headlands over the wave line. Wish I had had this. I am afraid Dr. Akonis is right, though - I want it to be, say, twice as long, please. Love the violin descant. Peacefull ! ! is what I got from listening to this sweet piece ...so perfect so complete and its so brilliant that I was think it can be a song as J denver style or an orchestration set as classcial piece ..its just a nice song .. just enjoy it as you like .. ! well done !! Just woke up Just woke up to a beautiful sunday morning. This one was a perfect one to play. Nice natural harmony. In iTunes I have a playlist that I often play in mornings when I want the kids to have a good start and wake up in a nice an decent way. I will put this one in there! Thanks, Rick I'm starting to get the feel fo composing, but the credit belongs to God. Seriously, half the time I don't plan on making a particular harmony; the notes just end up where they belong, surprising me. The pix was lifted off Google images- it's called Sterling forest brook. Hi, E.G! Thank you; I'm glad you liked this. Loops are fun and can also drive you crazy if you let them. To make your own melody, find the ones you can edit (green ones) and change the notes in the editor. Just move them on the scale, add and delete, until you get the melody that you are hearing in your head. Try it; it's..........FUN.... LOL --- I love this place! Longer perhaps but really like this... Don't know if that's the intention, but I see it as part of a movie (where you hear the narrator tell the story) - kinf of Forrest Gump or something in that way... What I heard was already very close to perfect... You are doing really well with slinging that pencil tool around, note by note! This sounds so luxuriously restful... Ah, I'm glad you put the long trumpet notes back in there, this is quite pretty, and too short... definitely a sketch for something much bigger. Set it aside, do some more, then come back to this in a few months, and you'll be ready to build it into something 3 times longer. Love the clarinet (of course), fun sparse orchestration, very nice!
