Description
Alright, the wife and kid finally hit the hay so here I play. This is as simple as it gets. I jammed out a rhythm track to the metronome, found the first drum loop that matched then re-recorded the rhythm track to that loop.
I then went out to the workshop for a smoke with the music in my head. I hummed it while I was out there and the general gist of the melody was then caught with two lead guitar passes. I'm very happy with how well they blended.
If I have the energy tonight I'm going to go through both lead tracks, replace the sloppy stuff and upload a cleaner version. But I have to say, I'm lovin' it as it is.
It still amazes me that I can plug a guitar straight into a computer and make this collection of sounds!
