Description
The Coventry Carol has always been one of my favorite holiday songs. A 16th century melody, the identity of its composer is unfortunately lost to history. I hope you enjoy my little version.

terrific!
Been a while since I"ve heard from you. And what a pleasure it is to hear this really beautiful piece. Love that fantazy like beginning, something out of a grand movie done is such a classic way. Love the softness of it, the delacy of. Full of charm and a great welcoming in of the holiday season.

Thanks notso, again NICE hearing from you again!

Thanks for the welcome!
I know I've been absent for a while. We were shopping for a house, bought a house, moved into the house, starting making it our own only to be caught in the flood that hit parts of the Northwest recently. So you can imagine there hasn't been much time for making music.

I'm glad you like it! :)

Ack, too short!
What a delightful rendition of this beautiful melody... very nicely played! I'm sorry to hear that we no longer know who the author is... see, this is what happens if you forget to put your name in your MP3 ID tags! :) I always love your touch of class, nice to see a new piece from you!

Delicate
A lovely performance - so full of space - you really draw out the contemplative elements of this beautiful tune and take it to another (wonderful) place. And all done with a Keystation... wow!

PS - hope you're finding more time for music making now...

Simply Beautiful
I love this melody (but not the story it tells in the passion play). The piano sound at the beginning is really interesting - it's as if I'm listening to someone sitting at an old upright grand just idly picking out an old remembered melody. I would like to hear more- it just seems too short. Maybe a couple more verses?
