The chords are well-grounded, and give a very steady feeling to the piece. It reminds me of some of Bach's chorales, with definite movement towards peace and resolution. As your prayers are answered, I will also pray that you will be given the grace to receive the answers as they come.

Feter,
I am always on the lookout for something classical and found this little organ prelude on your list. It is such an expressive piece and so simple in its structure. The imitation in the voices is very refreshing and I particularly like the oboe/krummhorn stop you've chosen. I have played the organ in church for more than 40 years and would include this number in an instant were the sheet music available (is it?) . My one and only suggestion: hold the last chord and/or do a suspension of the 4th and then resolve it and hold the last chord. This is a beautiful number. I hope you will write a whole series of these little gems. If they are written out, just think how many organists would be able to play them from week to week?

and this is how i got the acception on Music dept at
Uni o Montana .. with two recommondation from
the composition proffs . so there s a book of my scores
and a CD as resume at US . its my honor to hear you
want to play my piece this is realy more than I thought
when I wrote it .then its your freedom to do any adjust
your are the master and Im still a student .. !

I have listened to this tune over and over, as it is one of the true classical pieces here. It takes a sharp ear to discern the marvelous chord changes and suspensions (appoggiatura?) and the subtlety of the piece. This is real music.

I've been trying to get around and listen to some of the other great folks here at MJ, but I wanted to drop in for some more of your music too... This is very inspirational, strongly rooted in classical music with great depth!!!! Excellently performed with strong feeling....
