Description
GudKarma's Mourning Blues with my Tele-slide and organ. Had to go out and get a new slide, so it took me a while to get around to it, but here is my take on this for another, see MacBoy's take on this, he beat me to the punch. I had a guest this week so just now got around to it.

pretty cool
how one song can sound so different when people add to
it.
i like how you did the slide on this song, bro. i think its
good work.
still though, amazed at how the lowest score is originality.
i dont get how people vote on here.
amazing.

Ghostly goodness
Ok, let me get the one criticism out of the way. I think the effected vocal phrases (that sound high in treble with radio distortion) are a far too loud. They kinda kick me out of the atmosphere of the song when they come in.

Having said that...terrific piece! The slide and organ are very tasteful. Both have just the right tone and presence. I'd like to hear a few measures of a tight slide solo in thhere somewhere! Of course, GK's blues vocals are a favorite of mine to begin with. (7-7-7-7)

atmospheric......
the atmosphere is superb....the organ adds a soulful
component....the guitar slides sound mournful in keeping
with the feel of the soulful vocals.....exceelent work

another nice version
It's so great to be able to listen to various versions of this
song! I like this one a lot...the organ and guitar add a
great deal to this track. The trading-off of guitar licks
from L/R are particularly effective.

You created the necessary space for gudkarma's
distorted-vocal-section in the middle -- very nicely done.

Good job!
