Dear Voters, &mdash 11/30/06 - 11:23:17 AM
I appreciate honest opinions as much as the next person, but I'd also appreciate a note about how I can improve this piece.
Thanks,

I enjoyed the guitar work, sparse and to the point!
A shattered waltz is by nature a "choppy" piece. I think the flute could add a nice contrast by playing in a more legato style. The flute sound would be better if the notes decayed more naturally instead of just stopping abruptly.

I've been trying to get my friend to play this flute part live, but until then, I'll just have to coax my computer into being more soulful---quite a task.
thanks for stopping by,

If you find yourself lacking finesse, a big rock will usually make a sufficient substitute. [ Reply to This ]
