Description:
So... I decided that by adding 5 minutes to my 5 minute make-up regimen this morning at 7:15 a.m. that I, too, could create a 5-minute song. (Foundation, song, blush, eyeshadow and mascara).
(Next time, though, I'll remember to vocalize!)
Ok. I'll confess. It was closer to 6 minutes by the time I adjusted the volume sliders, panning and mixdown.
Four improvised tracks: 3 ambient and one 'Epic Diva' preset vox.
And the verse?
It's just what came to mind. ;)

I'm glad I took this challenge and did it right away, in the morning before I went to work. That way I couldn't think (or overthink) about it at all.

Considering that this was created in 5.5 minutes there's nothing at all sketchy about this track. You have a wonderful palette of sounds and in this apparently simple song you manage to stir a whole spectrum of emotion.
Will your next song be a blues number?
