out of date!
I was actually born in 1914.
Not really, though sometimes I get that reincarnated vibe.
I listen to a lot of old time radio.
Just nostalgic for a time I never knew.
Picking up the uke helps channel that feeling.

Thanks Youra.

Nice melody
Good song. Kind of like those pieces McCartney does as a transition from one style of song to another.

Also liked the faraway vocal in the production. Added to the romantic nature. Great melody.

thanks monkaton.
It was romantic, I was singing with my wife!
A Beatles fan and a lover of Guided by Voices, snippets and little transitions are huge in my book. Thanks for commenting.

Very Far Out!
This really does have a haunting gramophone-spinning-shellac' quality to it... your voice suits the material perfectly! Am keeping me ears out for more.

amazing
that is a perfect song. a little McCartney, a little Les PAul and Mary Ford, a little Devendra Banhart. I loved it, and the production only made it better for me. excellent work.

My dad supplied the Beatles/Beach Boy records and more than a few musical instruments. From boombox multi-tracking to Tascam portastudio to Garageband. Just trying to generate a little wonder. Thanks for listening. ... [see more]
