O, that we could all do this... You're right - it's just a little thing. But it's a little gem, beautifully done. The overall sound of this is so nice, so soothing. Your vocal is world class. This is a little thing, but it's so great... I can't wait to hear the next big thing I. Spike song. Your talent is huge. Check out my latest song called Just As It Is

The Nice Word People I think that after writing years and years of songs that went on way too long, always saying to myself that I would "fix it in the mix", or "edit that out before it went to print" - well, I would end up falling in love with every note, and then have these massively bulky songs. So now I take great joy in writing very short songs. Sometimes to tease, and sometimes because they only need to be as long as they are... Thanks for all the suggestions to make this into a longer piece but I'll keep this one short and write something else that's a bit more longish. Ciao and thanks all! Utterly charming and quite too short. Right when it ends one expects some drum break or something, into the next part of the song. Great vocals. (Nice artwork too. Your own?) Check out my latest song called Desert Stars

Shorty. Thanks for the kudos... No, I did not do the artwork, it is something I found. I liked it. The only thing I added was the little drop of the world coming out of her mouth. Check out my latest song called Mighty Cracker Fly

Brevity the soul of wit the chord changes are wonderful as well as the melody... Mysterious and compelling... Your voice is so expressive, like a good actor, each line becomes pregnant with undercurrent and subtext... I will be back to your page when the DL is functioning again... thanx for this stuff Check out my latest song called Good Morning

A gem, indeed. I think I'm not exaggerating when I say, and I presume I'm not the only one to feel this way, that you are one of the (if not the) best vocalists on this site. There is just something in your voice and in how you use it that just sounds great. Now, with the writing and playing talent to boot - well, that's just fantastic! -Einar S. Nize... Thanks for that weighty compliment, it is greatly appreciated. What's so cool about MacJams is that there is so much undiscovered talent from all over the world and we all get the chance to hang out with each other. This is a most excellent theater for breeding of musical and artistic thought. (Did I really just use the word "breeding" in the last sentence!? Jeeze!) Waiting to fly First, great title. Second, nice hook and arpeggios. Worth developing, unless its a prelude to a larger multi-piece work, which it might be since you are behind it. Consider using a feather instead of a water drop in the artwork. Like Catwoman... Check out my latest song called Forge A New Life (MJRF)

Songlet This song, or maybe it should be called a "songlet" was born from the music writing group I used to be a part of (Veronica Lodge). That's where we'd have one 24 hour period to write and record 6-20 songs. When you do something like that your songs end up being short, sometimes through purposeful design, sometimes because of an assignment or challenge you were given. Through this whole process I really ended up really enjoying short pieces of music and instead of going back and expanding on the idea, I'd rather pursue something new and let this be the "songlet" that it is. Was that a long enough, long winded explanation ...!? Damn.... Also, thank you! Check out my latest song called Mighty Cracker Fly
