This was an exercise in dynamics... plus I thought it would be fun to write about a flying piano... yeah....

Beautifully done. Excellent dynamically on the vocals. Loved the contrast between the guitar and the delicate piano (I'm assuming grounded) in the background. Almost a sense of innocence to the lyrics. [ Reply to This ]

It kills me that for all you hope, and you even give it a push with your voice going higher and higher, the piano just hovers and then falls. Gorgeous song. I just want to comfort that innocent piano. The circus chord progressions let us know how against mainstream, how freakish it is for some of us to have our goals, and yet we proceed, succeed or fail. thank you.
