Well of all your tunes, I think this ones is closest to my heart. Oops, I almost typed heat-teehee!
Your harmonies are stunning, and what vocal range! I love the beat.
But wait, aren't you supposed to be teaching or something?

SHHHH!!!!!!

I'd like to try this again in the comfort of my own home where I can actually sing out. Could be fun..You won't mind, will you?

We wouldn't want anyone to know a teacher was singing. Did you 'borrow' the claves from the music teacher? I do like the beat. It's really neat how you start out a cappella, and then keep adding more funky stuff.

Admittedly... &mdash 12/09/06 - 01:53:53 PM
The claves were a loop! I do have access to a pair, but that would be really hard to explain, eh! "Umm...I'm, just, errr...creating wave forms for my Physics class to analyze."

Actually I do use GB for my Physics class. And my band class. And soon my Chem class. Oh, and my drama class too. I love it!

totally hilarious &mdash 12/08/06 - 04:13:17 PM
Another pooey classic... or should I say... a classic pooey re-interpretation of a classic. This needs a cartoon video with a different messed-up character for each voice... and then they all get down at the end doing a twisted version of the peanuts dance scene.

Beautiful. I would like nothing better than to see the chins of the peanuts gang as they dance on their toes. What a great image. Thanks Stun!

This is one of the few carols I like, and now this is my favorite version of it. How did it come into your head to start with a capella and move on to synthy goofiness?

Well if you must know... &mdash 12/09/06 - 01:47:59 PM
I had only conceived of singing the 4 voice arrangement of the song which was in a Christmas Carol supplement that is provided each year by the local newspaper. Once I finished that, and there was still nobody in the staff room, I decided to keep tinkering.

So, it just sort of happened! And I liked the result too. Thanks for the wonderful compliment!

Neat version! &mdash 12/11/06 - 10:03:36 AM
In some ways it reminds me of Doug & the Slugs version of White Christmas when you added the electonic rhythms. Their version uses a set of electronic drum pads to add some flare.

I liked it.

Hope everyone out there knows DatS! If not, it's time for those MacJammers to do some homework. THey were the cat's ass of 80's A list bar bands. How many albums?

Actually, when I heard the bass line I was thinking more in the line of Band-Aid. I'd love to find a drum loop like what's in that song. "Duh duuduh Chin duhduh duh duhduhd chin duhduh duh..." You know the one.

Thanks Stooey! And thanks for not telling on me. ;)
