Maybe I'm in a dark mood &mdash 07/28/04 - 12:05:34 PM
but I really enjoyed this. Like it better without vocals. Nice
work as is.

good on this rainy day &mdash 07/28/04 - 03:10:36 PM
The rain is pattering down on the aluminum roof of my
Airstream trailer as I listen to this tune. Perfect timing!

You create a mellow, contemplative mood with this track. I
wouldn't have termed it "dark", however. The energetic
beat is subtle, and keeps the mood from becoming truly
dark.

The piece is low-key, and I LIKE that! It would be good
music to drive to.

Great art &mdash 07/29/04 - 11:56:21 PM
I love your artwork. Is it original? 3D program? Gorgeous.

Great art &mdash 07/30/04 - 07:06:54 AM
No, not original, but what a compliment nonetheless. I don't think I would've
had time to carve a gorgeous statue like that while chasing twin toddlers
around and working fulltime. ;) It's a famous Italian sculpture, cropped and
digitally enhanced by yours truly. Thanks, Suzanne, for the compliment.

Dreamee &mdash 08/11/04 - 02:55:58 AM
I find it "calming" as well. Not so dark, some
sort of mastered sadness. I also love your
artwork, the choice and rendering of it...

Would fit right on one of those "chill" CDs &mdash 02/08/05 - 12:19:22 PM
Very nice and relaxing.

fitting title &mdash 05/24/05 - 11:03:51 AM
it has a forlorn sound to it makes me think of along walk in the deep country late at night and hearing a distant train's call as your only companion or reminder of civilization. nice.

Oui! &mdash 08/21/05 - 02:53:25 PM
This song strikes me as a hologram of a night during the
French revolution. The guitar and the church bell chime
set the attitude and the synthesizer fills in the
atmosphere. I especially like it. It's dark, and I am
inexplicably drawn to the dark and moody side of art. I
hope I don't come across that way to everybody!

Extremely smooth... &mdash 11/22/05 - 12:12:01 AM
You definitely have an immense talent. Excellent beats, awesom mix of
the classical with some great synths. Nice engineering too! Great job!

How strange &mdash 04/24/06 - 10:31:49 AM
that so many people have downloaded it but so few have marked it as a favorite. I've now shifted that balance a little. The song doesn't blow me away technically but it would have blown the ambience if it did. It conveys the darkness of loneliness very well and that's why I've added it to favorites.

Thank you. &mdash 10/27/06 - 09:36:01 AM
I'm a fan of the dark and mysterious songs. There is something so REAL and honest about them; and this song. Everyone gets down, it's just others are better at experiencing it..facing it head on.... and turning it into something beautiful.

Ahhh... &mdash 09/30/07 - 06:47:54 PM
It captures the feeling of going through an ordeal but there is also a comforting nature. The title is very good for this. Overall, i find it very replenishing. (That's a word i find myself using a lot, lately, but i've been finding so many songs that have this effect on me.) I have so much appreciation for your ability to create music that lets me relax and flow along peacefully with it. It's a gift to anyone who hears it and gets a few moments of peace.

It's a lovely piece, thank you.

Great! &mdash 06/05/08 - 02:13:26 AM
I love it, great guitar sound (real?) and fine percussion and background work... Thanks for sharing!

Take Care
