Description:
Well, I'm back! I've written lots of music in the last few months, but I'm just now finding the time to finish all those new pieces.

I wrote this one when I had my last two wisdom teeth taken out a few months ago, although I didn't get around to actually putting my notes from then into a finished piece until yesterday, and now here we are, a short little rondo for piano, with the very slightest hint of a Viennese waltz, perhaps. I'm particulraly proud of the last third of it.

Also, the dynamic shadings are fantastic! I like the little changeups you throw into the left hand accompaniment figures. This is really pleasant and - well- happy, I guess (maybe optimistic would be a better, less overused word). I like that it was played on a real piano, It sounds like hammers hitting strings.

Really now! I actually slowed it down a wee bit just so it wouldn't be so ridiculously short (and to make the left hand's sixteenth notes a lot easier).

As for pleasantries or optimism, I guess I just can't write particularly depressing music because the very process of writing music tends to make me happy (unless I'm getting fed up with my virtual orchestra or can't figure out how to notate a rhythm I want :-P).
