Description:
Here is the new mix of Confessor Moon from the Confessor Moon LP....I feel this mix is much bigger and brighter....if you want a good laugh, play it back to back with the original version....you can find the old one at the very bottom of my artist page....
if My Bloody Valentine had tea with Peter Gabriel and Thomas Dolby inside of Jesus Jones satellite while in orbit over India.
I play all of the instruments with the exception of the synth....that was performed by my good friend Michael Saul....enjoy
Lyrics:
elation in spite of distance
supercedes all resistance
doesn't care about the hands of time
the hands of time
from the ground we could not see
crashed before reaching energy
found the things that we did not build
we did not build
hey confessor moon, hope to see you soon
we're not far apart, confessor moon
wavelengths the perfect supply
blending the truth and the lies
at best your vision is blurred
your visions blurred
the mission remain silent
keep it nice and quiet
until they need our fear, need our fear
they need our fear
hey confessor moon, hope to see you soon
we're not far apart, confessor moon

Excellent &mdash 12/24/06 - 01:42:09 PM
.. very pro sound. Catchy, nice blends - particularily
liked the bass in this - makes things move very well.
Also like those wispy touched like the backwards guitar
stuff and sitar? How do you do the harmonies may I ask?
with shifting? they are very tight ... noticeably at the
end.
Kudos and a happy holiday to you and yours from Sweden. [ Reply to This ]

Nice job on the mix. It really does sound like you went to a pro studio for this. Excellent work. [ Reply to This ]
spectacular &mdash 12/26/06 - 06:04:07 AM
Spectacular production, filled with 'wow' moments; the bass, reverse envelope guitar licks dialoguing with regular ones, the whole mix... all exceptional. The lyrics are filled with mystery and imagery, but I am embarrassed to admit that while each line is beautifully poetic, I don't think I get what this song is about... sorry! [ Reply to This ]
You best one. &mdash 12/26/06 - 09:42:07 PM
In whatever form, pace or arrangement, this song always gets me in the mood... very modern yet soothing and dreamy in a strange way... your whispery and restrained vocals really enhances the atmosphere of this song... [ Reply to This ]

I just listened three times. So damned professional.
I only have an idea about what you are singing, but what matters is that I was spellbound and not that I knew why. Thanks. [ Reply to This ]
