Description

Here's song 4 in my virtual album Life In A Day.

As with my other songs, this one uses only loops and effects. Even the voices come from an effect I found called Radio Sounds.

What is so fun about this song is that I only use one drum track but, by changing the filters and other stuff, can make it sound completely different.

Also, I use Concert Hall Piano loops for the voices "What's Up Harold?" and "What's Up Jack?"... that's right... there is no human/computer generated voice saying the lyrics... very cool.

I hear voices
Well, it could be me... I am constantly hearing voices :-)

At the time I was messing around with this song, I was thinking of a follow-up to the title track Life In A Day which uses a real computer voice.

So it could be I was already in that frame of mind.

Listen again to the Da Da DAA da - Da Da DAA da part and say the words What's Up Harold to yourself... and you can hear voices like me... hmmmm... maybe that's not a good thing.

	Not only is this really creative, but I really dig your artwork on your pages. You could be onto something with this tune. I keep picturing it as a theme song for a cartoon series. Instead of "Where's Waldo", it would be "What's up Jack/Harold"...LOL I think I will be humming this to myself for a while now....LOL....and I do hear your voices too. //Andy
