here's a song i just made up,you can sing along with me . . . it's just an easy three chord change, and a simple melody . . . i'd like to write a symphony, to tell you how i feel . . . but i figure i could do it just as well, with a simple melody . . . it only seems like yesturday, we left our old hometown . . . took a train, a bus and a plane, and flew half the world around . . . the world we saw was beautiful, the sights, the smells and sounds . . . but eight months fly, in the blinking of an eye, and now i'm homeward bound . . . i miss you . . . i think about you all the time. i miss you . . . i want to be with you tonight. now i'm sittin' here at home, it's the place i thought i wanted to be . . . but it don't feel the same anymore, 'cause you're not here with me . . . i know it won't be long untill, i see your face again . . . but time goes slow, when your heart's so low, and you're missing you're best friend. How simple, yet clever is this!? I feel the agony of your lyrics, it's almost like the somewhat upbeat and slapstick music makes a good contrast... The recording and mixing aren't the best - but your passion for story telling is! Keep it up brother! /Mikki
