I Dance Alone
Lyrics by Chris Winters and Aditi, Music by Rich Huston and Chris Winters

Looking out my darkened window,
At these silent shapes below,
This night comes so early,
Now that your gone,
It's lost in shadow

Driving by your empty window,
Not a silhouette in inside,
Oh this time I live like the empty street
It never reaches the other side.

So my friend, yeah
We can dance alone,
Whose to say it won't be better,
after all we have grown,
We can both do this together,
Oh, call me
Move me closer
So I dance alone

This is just another night,
I've got darkness on my mind,
Oh I did it all for you,
Underneath these timeless skies

Oh my friend, we can dance alone
Whose to say it won't be better,
after all we have grown,
We can both do this together,
Call me,
Oh I dance alone

Call me, call me, call me.
So I dance alone

Nice song but
imo it needs the guitar to be sitting back a little in the mix.

Good vocal effects anf well put together.

Cheers

Great Vocals
I liked your vocals and lyrics. I do agree with Dick above about the guitars sitting back a little - maybe it just needs a little EQ'ing to soften it up as its a bit trebly. It's competing with the vocals a bit. And if that sounds a bit too empty for you maybe strings or Acoustic in the BG could add something to it. Just a thought. I do like it alot though and it seems pretty much there to me bar those minor points. Good stuff

spacious
i actually like the spaciousness here. at the guitar solo though i would of kept the rythm guitar in. has that new wavish style that i kind of miss. good song unfortunately i'm not much of a dancer,
