Description:
Almost nothing is known of Martin Simon other than the present concerto (really a "suite" of 9 movements with a decidedly German flavor) was published in 1728. This is the first movement.

Very soothing. &mdash 01/06/07 - 06:13:22 AM
I can't wait for the next installment.

I love this type of harmoneous piece.

Great work.

Have a great 2007.

How did you do this? &mdash 01/08/07 - 07:24:52 AM
I am really interested in how you did this. It's quite extraodrdinary.

Where you playing real instruments or software instruments. How much sequencing was done?

This is some real professional playing and wonderful to hear.

you are very kind &mdash 01/08/07 - 08:09:24 PM
thank you for the compliment! i'm glad you enjoyed it. the only real instruments were the recorders (actually just one recorder, both played by me).

i am not a proficient keyboard player, or strings for that matter, so everything else was sequenced.

please give a listen to my other submissions and check out my ambient stuff here at macjams.

Great &mdash 01/09/07 - 07:05:34 AM
Your playing and your sequencing are well polished. I am really floored. And you selection of material is pretty cool, too.
