I knew I was going to like this song. This is just great! I'd have liked to read along the lyrics if you have them to post. I didn't know what to expect stylisticly, since this was posted under 'Holiday', but it ws sure a fun listening experience. Is this a band, or are you doing it all? There's some really professional sounding stuff happening here!

Thank you for the kind words.This was all played into Logic on my midi keyboard and midi drums. I actually wrote and recorded the song in the early 80's using a Dx7 and drum machine. 2 years ago I decided to re-record the song with newer technology and sent it out to friends and family for Christmas that year.

Excellent writing. Great R&B funky feel, full of soul. Really nice vocals. Wonderful performance on all the instruments, I just wish they weren't MIDI, cuz then they'd be even more alive and thrilling. This is my fav of your remakes so far, really great writing and arranging. A great gift to your sister, as well.
