Cool jam &mdash 01/12/07 - 08:28:22 AM
Sounds very live which I like. No crazy about the synth in the background. The band seems very tight - good drummin Sugi. I think this need some vocals as it doesnt sound complete enogh on its own. Nothin is leading the track at the moment though it sounds great. If not interested in incorporating vocals then I suggest introducing guitar riffs somewhere. Loved the start -loved the end. Sweet.

Aye... &mdash 01/13/07 - 06:18:49 PM
after reading your comment our keyboardist tied himself up and had his lesbian friend whip him gently with an african sling. He has promised never to repeat such folly ever again. No more tea for that man.

Cheers.

Agree with Gav &mdash 01/12/07 - 08:19:35 PM
and I didn't read the comment till after listening, so I listened with "virgin" ears. As he says, nothing is really leading the track. It rocks out, for sure, but kind of without a purpose. I definitely do not dig the synth stuff going on, but that's more a matter of personal taste, I suppose.
Great graphic! [ Reply to This ]
Leaves &mdash 01/13/07 - 06:52:55 PM
at the bottom of the cup revealed that Sally must never have a purpose and must never adhere to the banality of verse>chorus>verse>bridge...
More to the point.....after 3 cups of lesbian tea, who needs a purpose!

fat and convincing &mdash 01/13/07 - 08:05:25 AM
This sounds great! It would have sounded perfect if the mixing would have been better. Although I like the fat sound. Great things going on (synth), only wish it was more clear, hence my mixing comments. Drums are really good. [ Reply to This ]
Ah! &mdash 01/13/07 - 07:17:10 PM
A whacky synth lover. Our keyboardist has reluctantly untied himself and smiled.
Thanks Oniblah.
We recorded these sessions with 5 shures onto 2 tracks so that would account for the already mixed/muddy sound. True garage stuff.
Really enjoying your stuff btw.

Nice and tight... &mdash 01/13/07 - 12:31:19 PM
And you've got a great live feel going on. Like others, not too crazy about the synth in the background, I'm not sure how much it adds to things. And some vocals on top would give it a little more somethin' somethin'. [ Reply to This ]
Thanks Minigurl! &mdash 01/14/07 - 11:45:27 AM
I too would love to hear some random nonsense screamed all over this.
Something to compliment that synth! Any takers?

I'll go against popular opinion... &mdash 01/14/07 - 09:02:21 PM
...and say I do like the synth. It adds an interesting touch. Nice, thick, crunchy sound. Some cool production as well. [ Reply to This ]
Korg mono/poly &mdash 01/15/07 - 08:22:28 PM
also known as the 'schizo synth'. It was Korg's first poly synth that can't do the job very well but the effects it can come up with in poly mode makes it a truly unique box of analog nonsense. Glad you enjoyed it and thanks for your comment.

ya, crash n friggin burn &mdash 01/15/07 - 06:12:50 PM
Dang, left me hangin' out there, scared it might come back.... Dig the thrash, albeit 30 min. of it would pr'olly. Synth is just fine, you can tie that one back up if it means eeking s'more production out of 'im. Production? Just spank me now, right? It is quite the blast, definitely not quiet the blast..... Rock on! [ Reply to This ]
Spanking! &mdash 01/15/07 - 10:07:44 PM

After &mdash 01/15/07 - 10:19:17 PM
