I only wish... &mdash 01/13/07 - 12:26:49 PM
That it was a little longer. I really enjoyed the driving beat that you've got going on here. Well done! [ Reply to This ]
yeah... &mdash 01/13/07 - 09:46:03 PM
...that's the thing with these old tunes of mine... not many of them were over a minute... just mere sketches. One factor was that the computer I was working on was pretty slow in processing this stuff and anything longer really taxed the system. Thanks for listening...!!! [ Reply to This ]

Ah. &mdash 01/15/07 - 08:09:10 PM
This one is up there with Itchie Ritchie. Not quite as side-splitting, but a real giggle-fest. A bonspiel of insincere reminiscing. Funny, in other words.

Just for the record &mdash 01/19/07 - 12:44:23 AM
The opening guitar riff from Roxette is from 1989. Pump up the Jam may also have been late '89.
Now that I got that off my chest, I have finished listening to all the tracks you posted and this was my favourite. I hate to sound shallow musically, but...
"It had a good beat, and you can dance to it. I give it an 8 Dick!"
No, I can't. You didn't allow voting. [ Reply to This ]
hah! &mdash 01/19/07 - 10:11:37 AM
Yeah, '89 was a good year for cheesy popular music and great pre-alternative music... a wide range of stuff going on that year. [ Reply to This ]
Something about the title... &mdash 01/30/07 - 07:06:33 PM
"...I just had to look---having read the book..." LOL! interesting soundscape, but all too brief. It gets really cool then stops short! Your confusing the hell out of the damned! (Hmmnnn....)
Be well Eric! [ Reply to This ]
Really original approach &mdash 02/05/07 - 08:38:30 AM
I like the openness of the structure and imagination behind all of your choices. Why so short? I was just getting into it. [ Reply to This ]
hey Bud! &mdash 02/05/07 - 10:00:56 AM
I created this a while ago (in '95) on and old PC... not only was it difficult to process piece of music longer than this, I was even more impatient back then... sorry to keep you hanging! [ Reply to This ]

very interesting blend of flavors. i like the discordancy when the chord edges of the various parts don't quite match up - it's nice and twitchy - one of my favorite moods. i could use a long loop of this in my ear to get me going - excellent aerobic groove. i believe i shall proceed to do so henceforth. thank you! aerobic anne [ Reply to This ]

pump up the dammed!..... pump it up! &mdash 02/18/07 - 12:00:29 PM
Boi-y! nice rmx.....of a '90's club frag...... was really unexpected..... even though i read the title before listening........ btw, i've been listening..... just not reviewing. but i will, once again, try to change that....... i always bite off more than i can chew. [ Reply to This ]

Trippin' on a train &mdash 02/26/07 - 12:15:45 AM
Got that Alfred Hitchcock suspense thing going; a paranoia attact on a train. Wait, Wait, I missed my stop! Very evocative sound track. [ Reply to This ]
evil &mdash 03/21/07 - 12:31:59 AM
I always thought that "pump up tha jams" track was from the devil. you have darkened it considerably...which is a good thing. I recognized it instantly. The heavy radio play has drilled it into my brain for all eternity. [ Reply to This ]
Pump up the jam.... &mdash 05/24/07 - 07:09:53 AM
