Description
This is the third submission of music I created for a photo DVD for my family this past Christmas. Like the other tunes I created, the "theme" was taken from impressions I got while scanning in hundreds of family photos for the project.

This morning, I saw the first yellow of a newly opened daffodil in my mother's garden. Growing up, in the early spring, the front yard of our home would be yellow with these beautiful flowers. They are by far my favorite flower and they show up in tons of photos.

I think, too, this may be the first piece I have ever done that's only piano.

BTW, I have absolutely no idea who that kid is in the photo above, but he sure is cute, ain't he. :D

Dreamy
This should be perfect for that DVD. Tinkly pianos are always good for romantic images. Very nicely played!
