thanks I'm using the steinway piano setting from the jampack4 but I turn down the reverb. I used my Dr. R drum machine to program this very simple groove and when I perform this at gigs I specifically ask the drummers to play very simply because that gives it an uncluttered airy sound, I added congas and hand claps for rhythmic variation Anyway thanks for your comments most appreciated. Regard MB Check out my latest song called I Only Have Eyes For You

Nice, but%u2026 The soloing is nice but in my opinion you didn't use everything this great tune offers. So would suggest to listen to Cannonball Adderley (with Joe Zawinul on keyboards who has actually written this tune) and Nils Landgren playing this song and take some of their ideas to make the song's groove better and also bring some more tension into it. This refers especially to the piano which doesn't produce the groove I think it could. In contrast ot the piano the bass is played very well and creates the right feeling. Nice solo I like your piano solo- it went off in some unexpected directions. Check out my latest song called Blues in Bm

Fabulous soloing. Consider adding more variations to the drum track, which loops along without near the personality this track deserves and in a different class than the brilliance of the keyboardist. In my ears, the looping drums drags everything down, makes it all stiff, like a cheesy remix, when there is nothing cheesy at all about your keyboard work. Great piano sound, too. What piano software/patch are you using?
