Description:
I finally finished "Unfinished"! A pretty produced song for me since most of my work is basically acoustic and simple. I used alot of loops along with playing my acoustic guitar. It was alot of fun to make hope you have fun listening!Lyrics:
There's an unfinished painting, an unread book and an unfinished songHere in my life. Everywhere unfinished thoughts, unsaid words and unclaimed hearts, Here in my life And everyday, the unmade plans, my undone hair and my untied shoes, Its here in my life, Its an unfinished race and an unfinished fight, without any winners and an unclaimed prize, Its here in my life Give me a minute, cause I'm not really sure how to make the change. How to finish my words, how to finish my dreams how to finish the game. I'm not really sure how to make the change can you give me some time To sort it all out in my mind. Where did all the time go? Can I have a chance just to catch my breath? Oh where did all the time go? God, I could of sworn we just met! Here is sit with unfinished work, my unkept life, and my unclean soul. Its here in my life there's and unfinished quiet and an unkept secret and an unfinished kiss on my lips Its here in my life.. Its here in my life Give me a minute, cause I'm not really sure how to make the change. How to finish my words, how to finish my dreams how to finish the game. I'm not really sure how to make the change can you give me some time To sort it all out in my mind. Hardware:

I'd certainly consider adding something in a higher register early on, so the first-time listener can get a grasp of how the melody relates to the bass.
And why the fade? - it sounds like it's going to end right at the fade point. The guitar against the percussion gets a little raggy at that point, but I'd let the vocal finish & then just do a quick fade on the instrumental only. It would give the listener the feeling that they'd heard it all.
