THe structure is good, I like when the bass comes in.
I would shorten the intro and bring in the drums sooner and make the lead part longer. but beside that its good nice and tight.

And it works well to build up on with different layers and instruments. I really enjoyed it a lot. Now since you're asking for feedback and I've got a big mouth, here are a few ideas. First of all a second theme to would help to keep the interest, would also help to frame it and give you opportunities to introduce lead instruments in a more structured way. The guitar sound is great, slightly distorted, but melodic enough to carry the sweet melody before it becomes a full on e-guitar sound. The drums are nice and come in just right, but I'd go easy on the open hi-hat, it's just a little too prominent at times. A 1/8 beat closed hi-hat or ride cymbal could help frame the last part. Not sure if any of thas makes sense, but this is a very nice piece, and I couldn't stop my inspiration! Cheers.

It is not my matter to criticize here... (I have to post more songs first, I believe...), but I got two ideas, which I will post here as my two pence:

First, I�ve had immediately a video in my head. A digicam in a car, driving through a huge city by night, Hamburg i.e., beginning in little roads in a residential area, to larger city drives, then a drive-through of the Elbe tube, ending on a german highway at 100mph, the "A7", which has a very impressive look at the Hamburg Port, one of the largest in Europe.

Second, to match this video, it would be nice, if the song would be developed in a kind of mood, which comes near to Ravel's well known "Bolero". The song has already a kind of this driving mood.
It is hard to express, what I mean, english is not my native language...but perhaps you understand, what I want to say...

If this song is finished, I would be proud to make video and cut for you and I would sit on my hands, not to touch your work:-)
