Lyrics
Oh Candy took a while to make up her mind
Crazy Jimbo's got it under control
But she softly dreams of gently rocking in his arms
But he's on fire - just wants to blow it all
'Baby wants you more than you'll ever know'
Come back to me - I heard the voice of reason say
Dont come near - youv'e taken everything
What the hell am I supposed to do?
Its so strange I think I love you but I find myself alone again
Theres no reason why
He should make you cry
When there are people just like you and me singing
Just get out just get out while you can
Dont lose out just move out - leave that man
Oh she's seen the road running over stormy troubled land
Wide eyed child got nowhere left to run
Gliding down the aisle in a crimson gown
For all the world like there was no tomorrow man
Caned and crowned into that false submission
Tell him its all over your'e really gone
change your name and change your number anything it takes you know
Theres no reason why..

I've noticed that you really won't be tied to a genre (& why the hell should you) but this type I really like.
Sounds like it was pretty much written to tape, rather than being written & arranged first, then recorded - but, other than the over-long instrumental ending, I think it works well.
I'm guessing this is an early track? Portastudio mentioned, rather than Protools, in which case, nice job on limited gear.
