Folk stuff &mdash 02/03/07 - 09:36:07 AM
It sounds like you've listened to some old Norwegian folk music. The guitar riff in the beginning is like a classic riff used to be heard on those Hardanger fiddles we have here.

Familiar stuff to me:)
Couldn't catch what you talked about though...

Cool sound in that bass geetar.

His artwork above reminds me of a Mr. Magoo cartoon. It generally reminds me of other 'hip' commercial art from the 1950's and early 1960's. I've seen examples of this style on some of the greeting cards and book covers my uncle did back then (as well as in ads in old issues of Esquire). Thank goodness, my uncle didn't use this style on his album covers for Impulse! records.
Thanks for the history lesson. I wasn't aware of this fellow.

nice time warp - where's Willoughby Sharp with his boater and bottle of champagne? Too funny. Love this. Quality JOAN jam on toast.

I love guys that really learned their alphabet and are trying to bring it back into our duh-community! Another great story, open minded and free, right on, no safety belt! Your production are getting so much better too, me for one like that I can get all of your lyrics without having the access to them in writing... JOAN, get a manager and get out there; you're ready! /Mikki
