Are you really Robin Trower, I'm beginning to wonder. Once again you have posted a most awesome song. Check out my latest song called blues shuffle

You have a fantastic sound but I'd like to see the song a little more structured and a little less repetitive. Added it to my favorites anyway, just because I love the way you play. Check out my latest song called Pearls of Perfection

That's some great guitar! Everytime I hear someone playing like that it makes me wish I could play guitar better. You've got a really nice sound here. I did find it a *little* repetitive near the end, but that may be because I don't listen to a lot of instrumental stuff or long solos. Really enjoyed it though - I'm off to do some more scales! Thanks to all I think my biggest knock is the repetition. I'm not creative enough to carry an entire song with guitar alone and I don't sing very well so vocals are a problem. If I could combine vocals with your typical shorter guitar solos the repetition might not be as noticeable. Mmm, trying to decieve the public... sounds like a plan. dont deceive my gutiar playing sucks, so do my vocals...but no one else seems to notice. why? heart. put all your heart into this stuff, my brother. don't try to sound like anyone but who you sound like. some times i sound like tom waits. some times leonard cohen. some times elvis. i used to get all paranoid someone would think i was trying to knock them off. then i realized.....screw everyone else. this is nice guitar work. keep an eye open for the blues collabs i do frequently. jump on board with one of those. you'll find it good experiences. looking forward to more of your work. Don't get me wrong the decieve comment was just a joke. To fool the ear with simple playing and mix it up a bit. When I play naturally I can't help sounding like Robin Trower, I don't try to, it's just how I sound. I love his tone, phrasing, etc. and growing up listening your favorites rubs off on you. When I try to play like soneone else I just sound like crap, so I decided to play the only way I know how. I have to get over to you're material soon, you may sound like others at times, but you still seem to make it your own. Check out my latest song called Lazy Days

excellent guitar Your guitar playing really rocks! This song has some very good licks in it. Would there be a way to create more variety in the chords and still stay true to the blues style? (just wondering...). I kept hoping for things to shift and change more as the song progressed. What you did was great though. Check out my latest song called EPONYM

This Song Helped Me Realize I really can't comment on blues songs. I've discovered that this is one, maybe the only, category that drives me up a wall. Well, this, and maybe political songs. Maybe it's because I grew up listening to my dad solo in his bedroom for HOURS and HOURS as a kid... day in and day out. Appreciate the blues, I do... but heard enough of them to last me a lifetime, I have. Haha! Hey, this is pretty good stuff though. The quality isn't quite right on, but some of the sounds remind me a teeny bit of ZZTop. I"d like to see you collab with one of the other blues-dudes at MacJams. Er... maybe all of you could collab on one gigantic final blues song that spells the end of blues as a genre. LOL. Good stuff, but think about cleaning up the production for next time. It's a little off. Check out my latest song called Totally Hoany

Uh, Thanks I think. Anything more specific about the production, besides the muddy mess I always seem to create? Some of those comments got me so depressed I need to go write another blues song. Check out my latest song called Lazy Days
