Sometmes music is the best out let in so may different ways. I like the revovling like drums on this and that complimetary bass realy flowing.Mabey the vocals could have been turned up a hair but besides that good song

I really enjoyed the whole song. It has everything.

The only problem I think is the mix/production. You have a great voice, the backing is brilliant but it doesn't fit together to give the best presentation to the song.

(In my opinion) all levels should be higher, with the singing moved forward. This will allow the backing to stand out more and if the vocals are forward of the rest of the mix, they should stand out.

The venting side is good. I admire your sentiments entirely.

I managed to pull this one off in a 32 hr stint
start to finish, the lirics I just picked up the mic and sang , (I didnt even write anything down)
also within that 32 hr period I produced a video for it with imoviehd
you can find it on youtube (is that an alright word to say around here)

so I guess I wrote the song in about 29 hrs and made the video the other 3 , all for a good cause , (keeps me smiling in tough times)
what grabbed me was the bass line (Iused the standup jazz sample)
from there the guitar riffy thingy screamed at me to let out
I know its not a grammy winner but it truly was channeling cause I just sat and it flowed (I love it killing time did that to me back in 89, yup 89)

Vocals seem a bit too deep, and in some spots, like the strings, sounds a little out of place. the drums can start getting annoying because they are so repetitive. a bit of a long song too. :P.

I don't like the long pause. :P thats why the song lasts so long. lol did you do that purposely? or was it just an accident?

But I do like the idea behind the song.

you do the same thing i do, just randomly sing :P i do it all the time. lol

Amazing song, love the second part as much as the first - solo justt very quiet in the background..Superb lyrics & singing You have a great voice !! Very touching subject - & The Greatest Fear there is - it's an unexplainable fear... Hope You are doing well now Your son must have grown since You : )

I batteled for 2 yrs with community services to get my son home, over a mother who would not get off the valume...He is home with me for good, as well as his 1 yr old sister..needless to say I dont get as much time to vent or to create anymore...ahh well in about 4 yrs they`ll both be in school and I can return back to my creative side....btw the mother lives elswhere and is STILL knocking herself down with whatever downer she can find..... gravol when there isnt any valume..
