I really can't believe this is all loops! I think you've pulled together a masterful piece of work if that's the case. You obviously have an ear for how music 'works' and to create this from supplied loops is amazing. Well done.

Thanks so much &mdash 02/18/07 - 09:23:47 PM
Yes its all from loops. I just got my keyboard hooked up, but haven't played anything in yet. I am not much of a keyboard player, primarily guitar and trumpet. I was very lucky to get a phenomonal music education in high school, along with amazing performance opportunities. Even though its not my profession, it has been a lifelong love, and I continue to "self teach". Thanks for your kind words.

Great job! &mdash 04/11/07 - 06:21:50 AM
Man, you really made those loops sing. Although I recognize some, they all work together so seamlessly nothing is jumping out at me as "Oh yeah, that one" which happens so often with purely looped songs. You have a fantastic ear.

for your kind words. I was more proud of the dance song I posted, but I got much more interest in the jazz piece. I was very happy to get your feedback; I got so many hits, but no one ever leaves any feedback, either good or bad. Considering these 2 pieces are my first attempts at original work I was hoping for lots of comments to help refine my next effort. I appreciate that you took the time to post. Chris.
