haha, niiiiiice. Great use of ambiance to set the mood here. I like the Roland 909 kit..or is that 808..hm. You're getting your ideas across clearly with this work. Can't wait to see the film that goes with the song.

hey thanks joel, long time no see! you have good ears... I indeed used a 909 kit to build the drum part (with Reason's redrum), well, ok, wait a minute, maybe it was a 808... I'm not sure, can't check it right now.

If you're listening quite loud with good bassy headphones, then this track hurts a bit! The bass is very deep and the opening sample really distorts. Anything you can do about that?

maybe you should try to listen it with lousy headphones with no bass on? lol. yeaaaaaah I know the track is a bit overdrived at some stage, and acutally I did something about it, rebalanced it again etc... but I won't post it another time, voila!
