Lyrics
Every Friday Night they'll be there, at the bar and the pinball machine
Some just got paid, and some just got laid . . off from their jobs
The quarters go in, the plunger is pulled and the lights they
flash up and down, and hey isn't it time for another round
time goes by and they get high and nothing is worrying them
They've got smiles on their face, for the human race and everyone is their friend
Then they start to shoot pool and like any fool they think they're the best in the room
But they better be right, the shark's out tonight and he can smell their money
and hey would they like to place a little bet
Isn't it funny when they lose their money and their pockets are as empty as their brain
And they swear that tomorrow they will beg and borrow and make it through the
week once again
But every Friday night, around Midnight another group comes in
They swagger about and there is no doubt that they think this bar is their own
They rode in so loud, on their Harley's so proud and no one else is their friend
and you better watch out for them
Well they like to party, real hearty and take a dozen pills or so
And wash them down with some Royal Crown and chase it with a beer or two
Then they look, around and start to frown someone is playing at their pool table
and they ask the Shark to leave
And isn't it funny when he loses his money as they beat on him with their pool cues
and he swears that tomorrow he will beg and borrow so he can pay his hospital bill
