"We wanted to make a song about love and what senses it arouses. Taste came to mind. At first, we wrote the song with crappy lyrics and a totally un-dope tune. About a year later we decided to re-do the song and made this. Hell Yaaaaaaaa!! "

Nice. All around solid track, writing, arranging, concept. Love the piano playing, the jazz inflection on this mainstream R&B/soul tune. Only thought: altho I enjoyed the youthful feel of the vocalist, there are several occasions in which the singer was slightly below pitch, making it sound like an amateur track, or demo. wow, what a great track. So jammin soulful. The vocals are outstanding. I couldn't tell anything re: pitch..its all good to my ears. The piano interlude was exceptinal. Smooth, sexy and soulful. Killa hook melody [ Reply to This ]
