I love a little salad... &mdash 03/07/07 - 01:53:31 PM
...from time-to-time Enrique, but this is my first classical music salad! What kind of dressing do you recommend? LOL!

Very nice playing. Wish I could tickle the ivories as well as you.

Be well!

Very classical &mdash 03/07/07 - 07:39:43 PM
Well laid out. I really like the theme and variations form you used here. Very clean playing, and nice classical style. It makes me feel like sitting up straight and being proud of my European musical 'roots'!

Hi Kristy &mdash 03/08/07 - 02:00:21 AM
I just came back from hearing Piotr Żukowski play Chopin and Scriabin. Such an emotional experience! At least we can enjoy their music, and have fun making little scribbles that pale in comparison to theirs. But life is good as long as there is music!.....

Something to "Chou" on! &mdash 03/07/07 - 10:32:21 PM
(Bad bi-lingual pun) As always, such fun things from you. This has a very strong J.S. Bach feel to it, which is unlike your more romantic flowing Lizst-like music, but you handle this more baroque style really masterfully too... needless to say, I like Bach, and so Iike this too! So, you just compose all these little things? I'm always impressed by your compositional skill and piano playing, and love the music... thank you!

Drakonis

Delicious &mdash 03/08/07 - 01:22:03 PM
Enrique, I don't know every ingredient you put in this salad, but it was absolutely delicious. Thank you.

God bless,

Rick

Another uplifting piece..... &mdash 03/09/07 - 01:26:49 AM
This is another uplifting piece of music.

I think that the piece brings France to mind very well. I spent many happy years there hunting orchids and anything remotely photographable (if there is such a word). I haven't been back for three years but this tune made me feel nostalgic. Now where did I put my passport?

Take care.

Paul.

Baroque variations! &mdash 03/12/07 - 04:18:07 PM
Loved these variations. They have a baroque feel to them that is light and airy. Beautiful and yes echoes of JSB.
Lovely work my friend,
-Bowman
