Hi Kristy I just came back from hearing Piotr Żukowski play Chopin and Scriabin. Such an emotional experience! At least we can enjoy their music, and have fun making little scribbles that pale in comparison to theirs. But life is good as long as there is music!..... Something to "Chou" on! (Bad bi-lingual pun) As always, such fun things from you. This has a very strong J.S. Bach feel to it, which is unlike your more romantic flowing Lizst-like music, but you handle this more baroque style really masterfully too... needless to say, I like Bach, and so Iike this too! So, you just compose all these little things? Another uplifting piece..... This is another uplifting piece of music. I think that the piece brings France to mind very well. I spent many happy years there hunting orchids and anything remotely photographable (if there is such a word). I haven't been back for three years but this tune made me feel nostalgic.
