Nice combination of feminine lightness and heavy late day sun showers. Magnetic minimalism. I think this song should go under Alternative Rock, tho, since Ambient usually refers to new age kind of instrumental washes. [ Reply to This ]
Sweet &mdash 03/26/07 - 02:23:21 PM
Nice croaky vocals (I mean that in a good way) and sweet minimal guitar.
a lovely piece of wrok - love the vox on 'my heart wont take no more'.
Light as a feather, and as soft.

Lush, evocative and perfectly calm - slowly with space to dream. I love this. Nice build, mucho passion. Beautiful! Really impressed by all the subtle musical details going on in the background. Not to mention the soulful voice!

I have now worked my way up your list... and I'm very impressed... I know I said it before.. this is so Rickie Lee... did I say that I'm impressed... One thing I would love to see is lyrics and a little insight into how you work... you know equipment, software, that sort of stuff
truely artful.... welcome again [ Reply to This ]

A pleasure to listen to. Exactly the kind of song I need every once and a while. And what a great voice. [ Reply to This ]
wonderful &mdash 05/19/07 - 11:33:41 AM
i was surprised when this song started off. I thought it was Robert Fripp on one of David Sylvians songs. Gosh, i just LOVE this song (it's the first one i her from you). Especially the first part. Not so sure about the heavy intermezzo at 2/3. It ruins a bit the peculiar atmosphere of the song.
Recording- and productionwise there is certainly some room fro improvement. But the sould of the song is brilliant, and that's the most important about music form me.
