nice bit o sentimentality feels soft and sentimental, despite the "Danger Will Robinson"-like telephone recording at the beginning :-) My first discovery of your work on this giant site despite you being here a long time too, off to find a few more... very nicely arranged. My only critique would be that the drums seemed a little thin and maybe even un-needed in this piece. ttfn, Drakonis Check out my latest song called Lullaby for the Inner Child

Quite lovely You're doing a lot with very little material. Everything is fairly low key, but still it develops in some way, without reaching much of a climax. Gentle is the operative term. I'm not as bothered as Drakonis is by the percussion. It doesn't need more than some clicks. But in that piano solo part I would have dropped the percussion for a second. It's sort of out of place there. Check out my latest song called Desert Stars

Wow This gave me goosbumps from the very start. I love those type of tracks with a message. This sounds very professional and makes me want to go and hug this person! Fantastic composition. BTW - Downtempo is dance music. Your stuff is classical/ambient ;) Check out my latest song called The Other Day

Genres Thanks for that, I always get a bit confused as to where to place things, I think I put something up as ambient before and someone told me it was downtempo so I just started calling everything 'downtempo' without really knowing 100% what that was! you have a wonderful way with harmony and background movement in your pieces, keeping things moving in a gentle way, never forceful, just a beautiful flowing. this is lovely. the piano and strings are beautiful - i especially love the xylophone/glock in the background. Thank Kassia for pointing me here. Lovely piano piece. Sounds like loneliness searching for validation. Thanks. Check out my latest song called Break Away (Mark Holbrook & Awigze)
