Long time no hear from &mdash 04/09/07 - 07:31:29 AM
Good to have you back. I'm really enjoying the synth (pad?) in this jam. This has a very nice ethnic feel to it.
So were you in Goa the whole time or was this more like a tour across different regions? Anyway its good to see you're back and making music again. [ Reply to This ]

stopping by and for being friendly. Goa was a 2 week stay over, then I arranged to visit Tibet, which is a magical place, I've been taveling for the past 6 months, just arrived in CA and I feel like traveling again......also am feeling the urge to create GB3 style songs? , I've been rehearsing with my band and have recorded some live jam session in NYC, Maui, SanFran and Texas,,,also some spontanious jams in Bali Peru, India and elsewhere..

this travels nicely - i hear the train's rhythm, too. the percussion is a fascinating thing of beauty. enjoyed the exotic flavors you added to the sonic soup. thanks for a lovely ride! anne [ Reply to This ]

sounds like a cool dish, am glad you enjoyed the idea and the ride anne, I now have a better appreciation for GB3, I really love performing and recording live instead of loops, but I like both processes now,Thanks for stopping by Anne, you jams also rock, you have a unique vocal style

Welcome Back! &mdash 04/09/07 - 10:32:43 AM
Wonderful melding of a laid back American tune with some percussive exotic strains of India. Playful, precise and lots of fun. Welcome back!

to be back and thank you for you warm greeting. It makes me glad that others imagine the simular ideas and emotions that go into my songs, especially the daring and foriegn artists in this MJ community. Traveling for the past 6 months I've seen and experienced so much art and culture, I can't wait any longer to interpid it into songs, thanks 4 stopping by Bowman...

nice feel to this &mdash 04/10/07 - 09:19:14 PM
There are a couple of things I really like about this. First is the EAST MEETS WEST feel of the piece. I also really like the rhythm track and the effects on the drum track are perfect. I can feel the thrill of being in a new place and being mesmerized by the train and by the envrionment. [ Reply to This ]

India! &mdash 04/11/07 - 08:54:45 AM
a destination I have only dreamed about. a land of so many different juxpostions with respect to culture, technology and tradition. sort of like what you bring out in the tune. you deftly captured the train trance. light affecting percussion with tasteful synth work interspersed. the sitar sounds sweet. is this all loops? chanting does indeed work well [ Reply to This ]
