Description

this is the first part (where i wish my wife would move back to Cali from the east coast), i wrote this years ago, but it was recorded pretty recently.

droney,post-rock,psych sort of guitar thing. fuzzy guitars, but still mellow. originally i screamed the chorus, but decided that my scream has grown unconvincing as i get older (sigh).

I'm glad you liked, I always assume that no one is interested in the long songs. On a side note: todai is my first day back at work and I'm on the PC I use for work, and it just doesn't seem to like the MacJams site. Won't let me play a thing. Maybe it's Mozilla (hmm maybe I should do a re-working of the Blue Oyster Cult chestnut). Thanks for rolling through.

It's out of my system now. California #2 came up on the main page player. I'm glad I heard it in the intended(?) reverse order. I get wicked sad when shit doesn't work out for people. This song would have been torture if I didn't know it worked out. Great tones. Though I've obviously never heard the screaming, I think this works better. The solemn approach seems more legit. You nailed this one, man.
