Description
this is a faux-country song. country like sparklehorse would do it if you're into indie rock, or like lee hazelwood would have done it if you're a classic rocker. I don't have the voice or guitar chops to do "real" country; but I know what the melodies and harmonies are supposed to sound like.

Nice tune
Great voice , lovely lyrics, nice guitar playing, though I think there is one chord you slide up to or hald on that just doesn't sit right IMHO. Other than than this is a great song and you have a great voice for this genre.

The guitar sound is perfect.
I was surprised to read it was a Tele. A half hollow body perhaps? It sounds like an old Silvertone acoustic or something. Well done. I like the radio faint in the background. Has strains of Beck's album Sea Change, which if you don't have, and you like this song's vibe, you should check out. He is an amazingly versatile dude. as are you, it seems. Cool.

actually
you are right. i forgot to include the acoustic I used: it was an old Harmony Broadway. I love that guitar to death. It's got such a unique sound. The Tele was what I used for the slide parts. Thanks for listening, I'm relly happy that you like. The faint radio in the background is something I would do, but in this case it was an accident. The organ sound is an old Casio I have, and for some reason it always picks up a Korean readio station when I plug a guitar cable into it. Sometimes it fits into he songs better than others :)
