Great start... &mdash 04/25/07 - 03:18:22 PM
I can envision a great pop alternative kind of song in the making. It stands well on its own as an insturmental but I suspect you have set this up to eventually include some vocals. The background can use some additional oomph especially in the beginning, with more strings and drums maybe. but all that can be offset with a great vocal overaly if anyone will be interested to do it. I can imagine a great voice and melody that will really consummate this song.

hey &mdash 04/25/07 - 03:24:04 PM
it surely needs some vocals. i thought i heard piano going offbeat (coming in late) in couple of places. also liked better the sound of single rather than double snare... get a singer, this is not a bad foundation at all.

Yea, I'm certainly putting vocals to this one (mine I assume).
and yes, thank you for pointing out the off piano in spots, I noticed that too...
thanks for the input.

reminds me of vangelis meet howard jones.....nice synth sounds.....drums are a tad on the bogus side and they are too loud.....the mix needs some work to be a bit more seemless but I think you havesome really good ideas on the way here.....keep going.....you'll get there

peace....Falo

This would sound great as a europop single, but you'd have to dump the drums and put some serious techno behind it and really energise the whole thing. I can hear some german girl singing over the top! It needs to be faster, concentrating on the piano stabs and a pounding beat I think. Just my two euros worth...

oh yes! &mdash 09/15/07 - 03:13:58 PM
I recently invested in ProTools which will greatly enhance the quality of my drum noises. The problem was is I was unaware as to how to change the velocity of the drum hits, so it started sounding forced.
I agree this is totally a europop song!

you succeed in getting a pop song put of your system (and your head) and really like the basic idea of the song. Kee pit up ... it's worth working on it.
