More 80s synthotica, woot! &mdash 04/29/07 - 05:20:32 PM
Nice stuff, sounds sort of Depeche Mode-like too, with the nice rich thumping bass line. The only thing I might suggest changing on this is the very ending, I sort of wanted the high synth arpeggio-melody at the very end to not just stop at "ba-da-ba,ba...", but instead to hit the low tonic with two last notes "ba-da-ba,ba,BUM,BUM!" (if that makes any sense.) OK, so now its time to send you off to another Macjammer you may really like (whom this sounds a little like...) check out "BorisLuxx" too!

This is really an improved "Kraftwerk" sound.

You are really becoming one of my favorite artists here. Your stuff is beautifully produced, melodic, and entrancing. This is ambient, but not in any kind of background way. Very cool, very smart. I like it. Nice work. Thanks for sharing.

Quite pleasant &mdash 04/30/07 - 11:00:38 AM
Just some simple arpegiating with something marginally melody-ish over it, and a beat that takes its time to build up. Altogether this is a pleasure to listen to. Not very deep, but pleasing to the ears. The phasing or filter-twiddling or whatever you're doing keeps the sound alive.

Nice.

nice. it is a little depeche mode-ish (how's that for an adjective?), but really that can only be a good thing. you have built up a very nice layer of sound, and the song just flows so well, and builds perfectly. what drums are you using?

Thanks michael2 &mdash 04/30/07 - 08:55:06 PM
I'll take Depeche mode-ish any-day. The drums are a concoction I made on the Triton and sections are run through a filter for that modulating effect.
