Hypnotic
This is definitely hypnotic and I have a few songs that I use at night that repeat a bit like this that actually do work as lullabies, so I can get behind your concept here.

This is definitely the foundation for a really good song. I'd love to see you add some additional elements to fill it out a bit and add interest. Maybe changing up the f/x a bit would be cool. I don't think you would ruin the basic hypnotic lullaby concept by just adding a dash of stuff here and there.

I enjoyed this and have downloaded it for the bedtime arsenel...well, I went to download it, but I see d/l's are disabled. Well, I'll just hum it, then. :-)
