I really enjoyed this
I really enjoyed the words, I love the idea in music to bring out questions. Because of people's reed for truth, I think they will get closer to it. But for some strange reason a lot of people (it's in their natures, not to reveal too much about themselves, their beliefs. But as you get older, your are going to find out more truths after you die., So why not find out about the hints earlier. Don't put on blinders when it comes to truth were ever it is, but it is important in what ever faith your into to find out if it is factual and go by your gut.

Just like Edison and so many great inventors they started with very little and sometimes they come up with great discoveries.

Again, thanks for laying out your ideas and your need to understand. It is important to get it out and not let people tag you as this or that. That is what music is all about anyway. For so long music as been for physical, physical, sensual social and more physical etc. etc.

Great to express more depth and inner seeking.

Way to go.

Cool
Interesting song; unique format, and it's compelling. Your voice certainly works well in this. I liked reading The Da Vinci Code and Angels and Demons. I have no idea how much truth there is in the Da Vinci Code conspiracy, but it's the kind of story to get you wondering. Your voice, the beats and the mix work well, nice one!

Interesting first post
Welcome again to MJ Denny - this is a really interesting post. Great mix, good performance. Would like to see the lyrics so I can get my head around them better. I prefer the singing bits (never been a big spoken word fan), but the whole thing sounds really well produced - how'd you do that where you are?
Excellent first post - look forward to many more.
Peace,
Neil

Thank you very much!
Guys I cannot thank you enough for your really positive feedback. I wrote this tune about one year ago on GB2 and really loved it. When I finished it, I was certain, this one is the one!! If I were to get it out now it would be hit - The Devinci Code was in the movies but then, I realised, it's just me, in my bedroom, dreaming about what is and what could be.

You guys are the first real outlet I have - ever!

So, as you can imagine, feedback from you guys, as good as it is, has boosted my confidence in my music tenfold!

I have been working in Iraq over the past four years, as well as getting married, immigrating to Australia and writing this album that I will feed to this website slowly. I spent two weeks writing/recording it - with the permission of my wife to be in my room for two weeks. Sometimes, with a bottle of JD and some peace pipes all in the name of rock man! My love of my life was totally supportive, until near the end of fortnight!! I think it was the beard and odour that made her put her foot down. Glad she did though, because I do tend to get lost in that place and could easily stay there for months on end.

I then got a chance to take a few songs into the studio and get some Aussie muzzo's to play guitar, drums and bass for me over what I had already done. I asked them to play from their spirits rather than from my guidance. I love what they did but I still feel like the vocals could be done again - but that may just be me being self-conscious!

I look forward to going through your tunes too guys. I seem to have been sucked in to this portal over the last three days and with a slow internet connection here in Iraq, it takes ages to download! I will get there though.

Once again, "thetiler", "guitpick", "percetualvortex" for you comments and thanks, "C4rson" and "Dadia" too!

Great to be hear in MJ's.

I can relate...
...in a big way to much of what you're saying, here. I tend to get very "involved" when I get into a piece. And I spent a long time out of the performing scene, bringing up my daughter and writing a lot of stuff which is slowly finding it's way here.

You guys rock!
Neil, the answer to you question - I had help on this production by Matt@Alchemix.

As I mentioned before, I went into hermit mode for a few weeks to produce twelve tracks during the period of leaving war and immigrating to Australia. After that I came back out here and focused on making money for my family and when I returned I found Matt. We decided on four tracks and this is one of them. The others are "Novena", Civilisation" and "Its real" but I much prefer c4rson production of "its real" so have loaded that version o MJ today. Thanks for your support mate.

Thank you for your feedback too - it means a ot.

I am trying to get to listen to all yours too but it is taking me ages to download the pages out here. I'll get there though.

Cheers guys!
