Description
This area is a seaside! Imagine a little boy, walking along a beach, there are some stones and somtimes he has to tromp through deeper sand, but, hey, he feels pretty cool, and it is this funny coolness, only little boys can have.

I hope you'll find this picture inside the song!

Lyrics
The boy thinks:

"Some seagulls are talking to each other, but I can't understand, what they are laughing about..."

i really love all the disparate elements in this song. it's so cool after the music drops out and it's just the flute. good one.

Thanks Mike!
Thanks for listening and leaving a comment!

Yeah, there are a lot of different elements in this area, I wanted not to glue them to much together.

I am glad you like it!

Greetings,

Bernd

Fabulous
I love the idea of using real sounds in music and it works particularly well here.

What is "Remedy'?

Hi.
Thanks for listening and leaving a comment!

Remedy is a free software synth:

works very nice and easy...

I have the hint from VicDiesel, just hear his use of remedy:

Very sweet music
Your description reminds me of my two boys, about ten years ago. I love the nature sounds set throughout the piece. This is a nice mix of music and sounds.

Thank you!
Glad you found a matching picture in your memories.

I wanted to let the music jolt somehow, because I remember ed a 9 year old boy on the beach last summer. He is a son of a good friend of mine, and he has this cute coolness of this age, which makes you smile and sometimes laugh out loud. I remeber when I was in his age, and to laugh about him is a in fact to laugh about myself...

Thank you for listening and leaving a comment!

Open wide and say aaaahhhh.....
Very nice use of Remedy. It's quite a good sounding synth, not? Were the waves also made in remedy? The drums? I couldn't really get much out of the white noise mode of the oscillators, but something like this should be possible.

And just as plain music this is a fun track.

PS if you now think that I'm an electronic artist, check out my latest track....

Those waves (and seagulls)
are real (aren't they)?
elektronix said 930 days ago (May 7th, 2007)
They are...
...original from Garageband!

"Sound effects" ... "Nature Sounds"

And I think sampled from a real seaside.

Thanks for listening!

Thank you!
The waves and the seagulls are original Garageband "instruments", and I think, all just sampled from a real record...

The drums are from Garageband, too

Remedy is great, anyway and I just started with it. It was your hint, which let me had a look at this nice instrument. And it works great with GB, so thank you very much!

Greetings,

Bernd

I will have a look at your work later on this evening!!!

Delightful!
I really enjoyed listening to this.
It's so full of cool elements and an overall sense of wonder--which I love about childhood.

Seagulls laughing! That's great!

Thank you for sharing this track :)

Thank you!
This really not a great composition, but I catched a little of the wonder of childhood in it, and that makes me smile.

I am happy you found this, too!

Thanks for listening an leaving a comment!
