Nice man I dig this bro . Wish I could rerecord ya on a better mic and clean it up . The lyrics are a little muddy but it sounds very good .And very nice clean beat . Yeah your right Sorry bout that! Listen to your favorite pro produced rap cd and listen very carefully to just the lyrics . Hear how there almost separated from the song and very clear . Thats what I mean by muddy . They seem lost in the mix . I did a whole album with GB and it took me forever tweaking the vocals just right mainly because what you hear in the mix does not mix down the same way with GB . Thats what I love about logic what you hear in your mix is what is mixed down . So try some tricks like making two vocal tracks just copying the same one and panning one left and one right and then have one dead center so three total . then tweek the left right channel with effects to bring em out . Its kinda hard to explain and remember what I did . I also ran all my vocal tracks through adobe audition aka cool edit pro to get them clearer . It also helps having a nice condenser mic makes your vocals real warm . I bought a MXL 2001 for a hundred bucks and its been a great work horse mic. Its what im doing all my vocals on right now then when I record for money I break out my Groove tube . I had to sell my vocal booth in this last move but vocal isolation helps as well . Try putting a blanket over your head when you do vocals as a cheap way to muffle other sounds out . Well I hope this helped alittle .
