Description:
I tried to look up more on this one. And also looked up a much as I could at the Bluebird!

I played this tonight at the BlueBird Cafe. The place was really packed and mostly musicians with guitars. It was like sardines:)
I was number 19, so if you want to see the live video you can there. www.bluebirdcafe.com I think.

Here is the url to the Youtube video I recorded with my Cannon video camera and GB3 for sound. Edited the move and to many to mention. It's a long story. But finally got the file size down to about 28 mb!

Now, that was cool! &mdash 05/08/07 - 07:53:38 AM
I watched the video version in the forum. Heehee, you're a closet guitarist. Seriously, Bill, playing all that without messing up even once is in itself impressive. What a treat for the ears! I'm glad you now have a quiet recording environment. Oh- your info still reads that you live in CA. I'm looking forward to seeing the live Cafe version. I bet you brought down the house! :-)

Thanks Roxy &mdash 05/08/07 - 08:17:26 AM
My son will just came up from Calif, so my wife and I wanted him to see the Bluebird, he heard about it from his friends.

I looked up more on the one last night at the bluebird. i have been practicing more looking up. A lot of YouTube videos, they look down the whole tune, so I feel it adds a little more warmth in the performance.

Thanks Roxy for the interest. Hope everything is going good for you.

PS: My son Will is a Trainer, you might see him putting my chair on the stage. He received a fun comment from an audience member so I was glad he enjoyed the evening.

Haven't heard this song in a long time. Although this version has a somewhat jazzy approach I recognized the melody.

Impressive guitar playing Bill. As usual:)

Nice Arrangement &mdash 12/25/07 - 09:48:15 AM
I think this would sound well done with A Nylon String Guitar doing the melody and a Steel String Doing Rhythm
