Very nice! Hmm... it was going along great, then it faded out! I was hoping it would continue longer. Very nice. Regarding the genre, you might consider something other than 'renaisance,' since it doesn't seem the right label for this, since you have a drum set, new-age (sort of) piano progressions, rock-like feel, etc. Choosing the right genre can be tough, especially in a composition like this that seems to touch on a couple of different genres. Frankly, I don't know what genre would work well for this... maybe Celtic-Folk? Unfortunately such a category does not currently exist here at MacJams, but if you were to E-mail the administrators (click the "Contact" link at the top of this page) and ask them for this category to be added to the current list, they might add it for you. Overal, a very nice piece that I feel wants to be longer. Check out my latest song called Scarlet Nightfall

Intriguing! An intriguing mix! Difficult to classify it - almost seems like two different pieces welded together. Very enjoyable though. I'd like to hear a long version of each of the 'two' distinctive elements. |
