Good guitar sound and nice, catchy riff - especially the opening. Very good playing on everything here. Kind of reminds me of The Bluetones - not any particular song, just that sound. Also no distortion noticed here, except the kick drum seems to be a bit thick in my crappy computer speakers. Nice work. Are you planning to add lyrics? Cheers. thanks! yeah im planning to add lyrics, ive got a melody down so now i just gotta make up some words. Strange about the distorion I can hear, maybe the kickdrum is just too loud or something. Check out my latest song called Five More Steps

Nice guitar work You play those guitars well and you get a nice sound. Now all you need is some lyrics, or some strong riffs over this. Someone mentioned the Dixie Dregs. Not a bad suggestion. Pick up their "best of" CD for a good introduction. Or pick up "The introduction" or "High tension wires" by the Steve Morse band. Steve is the leader of the Dixie Dregs. That's very riff-driven guitar rock. You may get ideas from it. Check out my latest song called Desert Stars
