i used to love Goobers. i wasn't into Raisinettes so much, but the Goobers got me everytime. I think i first had them when my folks took us to see the film HAIR. i'll never forget that movie! woah!

as for the piece, i really love the direction you've taken with this. it's fun and inspired and clearly a delightful diversion from your comfy zone in the folk genre. it sounds like you had fun with this, and that's what i enjoy about it!

do as much as you like of this kind of thing, cuz I'll always come back for more! goes right into my "Undefined Goodness" playlist.
